A playlist and a tarot spread for your Solstice celebrations

Happy Solstice and Blessed Yule! Just dropping in with a couple of gifts for this long night, and a couple of reminders as we approach the end of the year.

This playlist is a great way to set the mood for your rituals, and gives just a touch of spookiness as a nod to how our ancestors viewed this time of year. The first song, Bone to Bone, was written by the artist based on a medieval winter solstice spell. How magical is that?

The Solstice essentially marks Mother Nature’s new year with the start of winter, so today is a great day to get a head start on your intentions for 2025. Maybe that looks like reviewing your tarot pulls from the year, creating a vision board, or simply making a list of everything you definitely want to leave behind moving into the turn of the calendar. Use the tarot spread below to help your reflections.

We’re less than two weeks away from Manifesting Magic: my New Year’s Day workshop helping you set intentions and goals for 2025 and learning how to achieve them with your values, tarot, and magic. You’ll also receive a workbook by noon the day of class with my Finding Values tarot spread and guidance for all four seasons so that you can keep your momentum up and focus on the right goals at the right time.

As always, this workshop is virtual and will be recorded for those who can’t make it live or who may want to reference it again later!

If you haven’t gotten your Year Ahead Reading yet, I’ve got plenty of room on my schedule for 30 and 60-minute readings over the next couple of weeks while I have time off from my day job, including some weekday mornings!

I also only have a few written year ahead readings left before I close orders so I can make sure they all get done! As a reminder, the turn around time for these is up to 4 weeks, so if you ordered one and haven’t received it yet don’t worry, it’s coming! I *might* be opening up more orders at some point in January once I get all of December’s done, but I can’t promise it–so if you’ve been thinking about it, don’t wait too much longer!
